The Staff they’re so nice and friendly, ready to serve the service. The doctors gave very good advice and very generous. The environment is very cozy. Totally all good to come get the services here.
I went here and got a basic blood work test done. It was really easy. I consulted with a doctor. Got my blood drawn and then results came via email in about a day. The consultation and everything took about 15 minutes. A worth while errand in downtown Bangkok. They explained what all the numbers meant too which I really appreciated. I liked how accessible everything was. Men's health isn't something that's really talked about in the USA. So I liked that menscape was so accommodating. Would recommend.
I had my procedure done with Doktor Dodo today. The service was excellent and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommended.
I had a terrible experience here. I saw all of the adverts and promotions on social media and thought this would be good. The staff are not professional- one person discussed my private medical issues in reception whilst other people were listening. They are pushing sales, there is a disconnect between what I spoke to the doctor about and what one of the staff was saying to me, and did not respond to my question about insurance coverage until I asked for the third time. The nurse who needed to take my blood did not know what I was there for, said I should have fasted before the test which no one said and then asked me if cared about X and Y and we could leave them out of the test- my response was I am taking the tests the doctor suggested. The doctor had not communicated with the nurse. I overheard a staff member having a phone call with another patient and that conversation should have been private. I spoke to the manager who did not offer any professional response, asked for a refund and then left. They followed up offering me a discount. I have since contacted a hospital and they have already offered a better service. It was a terrible experience. They want sales and money and do not respect your privacy.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a clinic. First, the technician applied the laser device with excessive force so much so that it caused muscle-level discomfort. When I requested a more gentle approach. The technician responded with excuses. Laser procedures can be performed with the applicator maintained in proper contact with the skin, without the need for excessive pressure. More concerning was the complete lack of safety protocol. During the arm treatment, my hand was lifted and repositioned without adequate care, and the laser was repeatedly directed in close to my face and eyes. This is a matter of concern, as laser application should be performed with controlled positioning, and strict attention to patient safety at all times. No protective eyewear was provided at any point, resulting in direct laser exposure to my eyes. This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Even after I explicitly raised this issue, the behavior continued with no sign of improvement. At that point, I decided to stop the treatment. The situation further deteriorated when the technician used a sponge that was visibly covered in hair to wipe my skin. This was, without exaggeration, the most unhygienic and disturbing part of the entire experience. When I pointed out the obvious lack of cleanliness, I was again met with excuses claiming that because the clinic primarily serves male clients, the presence of hair on the sponge was somehow acceptable. It is not. Hair was present, it could have come from any area of the body, including private regions. In a clinical environment where strict hygiene is non-negotiable, this is entirely unacceptable and reflects a serious lapse in basic sanitation standards. Lack of professionalism, hygiene standards, and technical competence.
